Since the whole creation was created by the Word, Jesus was sent to this earth to become the Firstborn of the new creation, Jesus set the example and showed how a Son of God should walk. 每个人, who has become a new creation in Christ is supposed to follow Jesus’ example and walk as sons of God. God sent His Son Jesus Christ, 活的道, with a mission, to destroy the works of the devil and to bruise his head (创世纪 3:15, 1 约翰 3:8). Jesus obeyed the will of His Father and fulfilled His mission. And as God sent His Son Jesus with a commandment, Jesus has also sent the new creation on a mission to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and destroy the works of the devil. 很遗憾, many Christians don’t obey His commandment and don’t follow Jesus’ example, but they are deceived by the lies of the devil and carnal people, who may seem spiritual but are not. Instead of Christians destroying the works of the devil, they are destroying the works of God. How are Christians destroying the works of God instead of the works of the devil?
Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil
Everywhere Jesus went, Jesus destroyed the works of the devil, by preaching the truth of God and His Kingdom with authority, casting out demons, and healing the sick. Jesus destroyed the lies of the devil with the truth of God’s Word and He loosed those, who were bound by the devil and redeemed them from his dominion.
When the time had come, Jesus finished His work by the only and greatest work of redemption for fallen man in history.
Jesus became the Substitute for fallen man and took the sin and the punishment for sin upon Him, and died and entered Hades (地狱). For a little while, Jesus was put beneath the devil and the angels (希伯来语 2:9).
However the death was not strong enough to keep Him in Hades, because by the power of God, that loosed Jesus from the pains of death, He rose from the death as Victor with 按键 from hell and death (马修 16:19, 使徒行传 2:24, 启示 1:18).
耶稣伤了魔鬼的头, 夺取他的权威. Through His work of redemption, He had given everyone the ability to be reconciled to God and the power to become a son of God (约翰 1:12).
The devil has the ability to seduce people
But although the devil lost his authority, he maintained his ability to seduce people with his lies and keep them in his kingdom and bind them to the death. The devil and his angels need people in whom they can manifest themselves and build the kingdom of darkness on earth. The more people listen to the devil and walk according to his will and obey and fulfill the lusts and desires of the flesh and sin, 越多 power the devil gets.
The mission of the devil and his demons is to lose every person from God, through disobedience to His commandments, 代表他的意志, so that he can destroy His works (creation; earth and all there is within people) and holy institutions (教会, 家庭, marriage etc..)
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness (以弗所书 4:17-19)
那些, who are loosed from God and His commandments and are bound to the devil through the flesh and belong to him have his mind; the carnal mind of the world. They live in the lie and love the lies just like their father. They live after the flesh and shall mind the things of the flesh and do the works of the devil.
But to be carnally minded is death. Because the carnal mind, from which all speech, 行为, and actions come forth, is enmity against God. Because a carnal mind that serves the flesh is not subject to the 上帝的律法, 代表神的旨意, but does what the flesh wants. 所以, those who are carnal and live after the flesh are not able to please God (罗马书 8:5-8)
那些, who belong to the devil and are his servants shall not do the works of righteousness but shall do the works of unrighteousness and sin. They shall change and/or remove every 神的诫命, every godly institution and covenant and therefore destroy every work of God and His Kingdom. They shall destroy the temple; the place where the congregation assembles and the crown of God’s creation; 人类. Because by preaching lies, they win souls for the devil and his kingdom and lead them straight to hell.
The carnal believers destroy the works of God
小孩子, 不要让任何人欺骗你: 行正义的人就是正义的人, 即使他是正义的. 犯罪的就是属魔鬼的; 因为魔鬼从一开始就犯罪. 为此目的，神的儿子显现出来, 使魔鬼的作为 (1 约翰 3:7-8)
The carnal believers, who keep walking after the flesh as the 旧造 are seduced by the lies of the devil and follow the example of the world. Although they read the Bible, know the Bible by heart and quote the Bible, and say they believe in God, 耶稣与圣灵, their works say something else. Because although they preach the righteous words of God, they do the same unrighteous works of the world. They compromise the gospel and are partakers of the works of the devil.
Instead of binding themselves to God and build and establish the Kingdom of God on this earth, they bind themselves to the devil and build his kingdom of darkness on this earth.
They change the commandments of God, which are also the 耶稣的诫命 and adjust them to the lusts and desires of their flesh, so that they can keep walking after the flesh and keep persevering in sin without feeling guilty.
小心别让任何男人用哲学和徒劳的欺骗来宠坏你, 按照男人的传统, 在世界的雏形之后, 而不是在基督之后 (歌罗西书 2:8)
Through their own philosophies and opinions, that derive from their carnal minds and are controlled by the spirits of this world, they make their own set of rules and regulations, which make the Word of God of no effect. They say they are Christians, but with their works they deny Christ.
The mission of the new creation
The mission of the 新创作 is not to make the word of God of no effect and destroy the works of God, by doing the works of the devil. But the mission of the new creations, who are the sons of God, is to do the works of God and destroy the works of the devil and his kingdom, 就像耶稣一样.
The sons of God shall destroy the works of the devil
因为你有时是黑暗的, but now are ye light in the Lord: 像光之子一样行走: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 证明什么是主所悦纳的. 不可与暗昧无益的行为相交, 而是责备他们 (以弗所书 5:8-11)
The true followers of Jesus Christ, who are 重生 in Him and have the Spirit of Christ, shall not follow and obey the spirit of this world.
They shall not exalt themselves above God and change or remove (destroy) 他的诫命, which represents His will and walk in 不服从 to His will in sin.
The shall not attack and destroy the covenants of God, like for example the marriage covenant between a man and a woman.
But His true followers have become sons of God and shall submit themselves to the Father and shall honor His commandments and covenants.
They shall follow and obey His Word and His Holy Spirit and reprove the unfruitful works of darkness and destroy the works of the devil, 就像耶稣一样.

If the Word is the highest authority in your life, you shall do what God’s Word tells you to do. You shall obey and apply His words into your life. You shall abide in the Word and do the Word, and therefore you shall walk in the Light. Because the Word reveals the truth and the treasures of God’s Kingdom. Without the Word, you shall never find out the truth and shall never find out, 你到底是谁, 作为新的创造; 神的儿子, and what you have inherited in Christ.
By the Word; 耶稣基督, you have been made the righteousness of God. When you study the Word, the Word will reveal the righteousness of God to you, so that you, who have become the righteousness of God in Christ, can walk in righteousness.
When you walk in righteousness, in the Light, the darkness will be exposed. You shall see the darkness around you and see the spiritual filth and chaos of the world, which is revealed in the lives of people in all kinds of uncleanness. You will see the works of the devil and instead of fellowshipping and compromising, you shall separate yourself unto God and remain faithful to Him.
You shall destroy the works of the devil, by doing the works of God, which Jesus has commanded you to do. Because that’s the commission, which Jesus has given to His followers (马修 28:18-20, 标记 16:15-18, 卢克 24:47).
You shall not approve the works of darkness, but you shall testify that its works are evil, by testifying the truth of God’s Word and keep standing on the truth of God’s Word. You shall be an ambassador of His Kingdom and His will by staying obedient to His commandments (约翰 7:7)
You are the light and the salt of the earth
你们是地球之盐: 但如果盐失去了味道, 用什么盐腌制? 从此一无是处, 但却被赶出, 并被踩在男人的脚下. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. 别以为我是来破坏法律的, 或先知们: 我不是来毁灭的, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled (马修 5:13-18)
就像耶稣一样, you shall be the light and the salt of the earth, which will not always be pleasant to the people around you, who love the world and want to live in darkness, but it will be necessary. Because without the Word the people will perish.
The works you do, prove which kingdom you represent, build and establish on earth and which kingdom you destroy. Because what you bind on earth, will be bound in heaven and what you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven (另请阅读: '束缚和失去是什么意思?’)
If you do the works of God and therefore do what Jesus, 这个单词, commands you to do, you shall destroy the works of the devil. But if you do the works of your flesh and listen to your carnal mind and obey and fulfill the lusts and desires of your flesh, then you shall not destroy the works of the devil and his kingdom, but you shall destroy the works of God. You shall destroy His precious creation by faith in the lies of the world.
