Vedeli ste, že Sára nebola jediná, ktorá bola neplodná?

Vedeli ste, že Sarah nebola jediná, kto bol neplodný, ale aj jej nevesta Rebeka, a Rebekina nevesta Rachel? Keď diabol počul, že semeno ženy mu rozmliaždi hlavu, he did everything he could, to stop this from happening

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel (Gen 3:15)

The battle against the Seed

Throughout the Old Testament and the New Testament (the four Gospels), we read about the battle of the devil against the Seed. He didn’t want his head to be bruised, and lose his authority. Preto, he came up with a plan, to prevent the Seed from coming.

Medzi teba a ženu vložím nepriateľstvo, medzi tvojím semenom a jej semenomThe devil already succeeded in tempting Adam and Eve, and made them sin against God.

Therefore he thought, he could easily succeed with other people as well. But whatever he tried to do, he couldn’t stop the Seed from coming.

God had said, that the Seed would bruise his head.

When God has spoken, it means He has spoken, and it will come to pass. Boh hovorí pravdu, for He is the Truth. He doesn’t lie.

That’s why the Bible is trustworthy, because every prophecy has come to pass, and there are still more prophecies given by God in His Word, which shall all come to pass.

How did the devil try to stop the Seed ?

The devil first tried to kill Abel, because he was poslušný Bohu and served Him with all His heart, myseľ, dušu a silu. Diabol si pomyslel, that Abel would bruise his head, but he was wrong. And so he continued.

Sarah bola neplodná

Another thing, that the devil used, to stop the Seed from coming, was infertility. Sarah bola neplodná, but God opened her womb.

Then the devil tried to do the same thing with Rebekah. And after Rebekah with Rachel, but God also opened their wombs as well. But the devil didn’t stop, but continued
