Every covenant of God is being attacked by the devil. His attacks are spiritual, but the result of his attacks will become visible in the natural realm. When you see chaos and destruction in areas, countries and in the lives of people, you know who is responsible. It is the same with the spirit of emancipation, who is doing a destructive work in the Church; the assembly of believers. The Bride of Christ is no longer a loyal devoted Bride of Christ without spot and wrinkle. But the Bride of Christ has become an emancipated Bride of Christ.
The meaning of emancipation
According to the dictionaries emancipation is being described as being free from restraint, control, or the power of another and from any controlling influence, and to be released from any paternal care and responsibility. It is described as aiming from a subordinate position to a full position in society. The process of giving people the same social or political freedom and rights.
History of emancipation
Emancipation derives from the Latin word ‘emancipatio’ and has its origin in ancient Rome. Emancipatio was a legal act according to the law of the twelve tables; the civil laws and procedures of ancient Rome (451 T.L.M.). Emancipatio meant, that the paternal power over sons, daughters, grandsons (via the sons) was being eliminated. The father had the highest authority within a family and had power over life and death, assets, his spouse, (adult) atalii, daughters, grandsons (via sons) and slaves. He was responsible to discipline, correct and chastise his family and to arrange a family council. Tagata uma, who was part of the family stayed under his authority until the father died.
When a son was emancipated, he was freed from the authority and control of his father. The bonds with his family, via birth and bloodline (DNA) ended. The emancipated son had his own power and could do whatever he wanted to do because the father had no control and authority over his life anymore.
O Le Tamaitai Faaipoipo ua Faasaolotoina o Keriso
It’s the same with the Bride of Christ; the Church of Christ. The Church has freed herself from the spiritual authority of the Father and of her Groom; Iesu Keriso; the Word and has gone her own way. The emancipated Bride doesn’t want to submit herself to the Groom and doesn’t want to be told what to do. Leai, the emancipated Bride is not willing to listen anymore and doesn’t consult the Word, let alone to obey the Word. But the emancipated Bride leans on her own knowledge and understanding and act the way she wants to act. She makes her own rules and her own decisions. Instead of being respectful to the Word and being submissive and led by the Word. She thinks, she knows it all better and has elevated herself as god. The emancipated Bride has placed herself on the throne of God.
Christ should adjust Himself to her and not the other way around. According to the Bride, she is perfect, exquisite and knows it all. That’s why she adjusts the words of Jesus. Jesus needs to change to her image, instead of the other way around.
The emancipated Bride is not loyal to her Groom but has become an adulterer with the world. She wants to be and live like the world; being a partaker of the world and having the same rights as the world. That’s why she has adopted the methods and customs of the world and apply them into her life; into the Church.
She is no longer dependable on Jesus and doesn’t put her trust in Him and His power, but she trusts in her own knowledge, wisdom, and ability. She uses the wisdom, knowledge methods and techniques of the world to achieve the same thing, without having to lay her own life down. Because that is the condition of the Word. But the Bride doesn’t want to lay down her life but keep her life.
Therefore she changes and twists the Word in such a manner, that it fits into her lifestyle, and allow her to live after her will, tu'inanauga, ma manaoga. Here we see the same character as the devil because the devil also tempted Eve, Adam and tried to tempt Jesus by changing and adjusting the words of God to the lusts and desires of the flesh.
The followers of Jesus will be hated and persecuted by the world
Ae fai mai Iesu, that His true followers will be hated and persecuted by the world, just like He was. Because they also have the Holy Spirit living inside of them, Who reveals their sins.
If the world hate you, ‘ua ‘outou iloa na ‘ino‘ino mai ‘iā te a‘u a o le‘i ‘ino‘ino ‘iā te ‘outou. Afai o ni tagata o le lalolagi outou, e alofa le lalolagi i ona tagata: a e le ni o le lalolagi outou, a ua ou filifilia outou nai le lalolagi, therefore the world hateth you (Jn 15:18-19)
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, ma le faamasinoga (Jn 16:7-8)
In James 4:4 ua tusia, that when you are a friend of the world, it means you’ve become an enemy of God.
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God (James 4:4)
But many people don’t like to hear this. It looks like these scriptures are being erased from many Bibles.
The spiritual connection is being broken. By the lives and acts of the church, the church has broken the holy covenant with Christ. And that’s exactly what the devil wanted; disconnecting the Church from Jesus Christ, through adultery with the world, so that the Church would become his bride.
The devil’s bride
Because of the fact that the Church has become the devil’s bride, many twisted truths, which are lies, are being preached from the pulpit, that deviates from the Word. Many (feusuaiga) impurities and works of the darkness takes place.
Occult powers have entered because the Church enters the spiritual realm out of the soul. Because of that strange unclean spirits, who manifest themselves in the flesh; agaga ma le tino, have entered the Church. Many believers think, that it’s the Holy Spirit, but He isn’t. Because the Holy Spirit is spirit and not flesh.
False prophets have their way and prophecy lies, through the agency of familiar spirits. It looks like it’s coming from God, but it’s not. It’s the work of the kingdom of darkness. Because the prophecies revolve around the person and not around Jesus Christ, His Church and the Kingdom of God.
The lives of believers stay the same and they habitually keep living in sin. Ioe, they bear the fruit of the flesh, instead of bearing the fruit of the spirit.
Through spiritual ignorance and inattentiveness of the leaders of the congregation, this spirit of emancipation has entered and has gone his way. The spirit of emancipation has caused destruction in the congregation and in the lives of believers.
Emancipation and rebellion in the lives of people
Children no longer want to submit themselves to any authority, including parental authority. They don’t want to obey their parents. They’ve become rebellious and want to do their own will. They do everything they can in order to do their own will and to get their way. Most of the time, they succeed because many parents give in to their will and bow to them.
Adults don’t want to serve others and submit to other people, authorities, managers at their job, in marriage, let alone submitting themselves to Jesus Christ and God the Father. They don’t do what the Bible; the Word has commanded them to do and don’t allow the Word to correct them. Leai, they become angry when they are being confronted or corrected. They want to lead their own life and just like the leaders of the church, they change and twist many scriptures from the Bible to fit their lifestyle and approve their carnal actions and behavior. This spirit of emancipation causes separation, worldliness, chaos, and disorder within the church and families.
The spotless Bride of Christ
That’s why it’s time for the Bride; the Church of Christ; the believers, to turn back to Jesus, ask forgiveness to the Father, repent and command this spirit of emancipation to leave the church. The Word is the truth and if every believer does what the Word commanded do to and submit and devote himself/herself to Jesus Christ than there will be a change in the spiritual status of the church. Only if the Bride lives after the spirit; after the Word and the Holy Spirit, then She will be a spotless Bride, who is ready for His coming. But at this moment…….
