The lot fell on Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God

One of the biggest events in history is the passion of Jesus Christ; the sufferings and crucifixion of Jesus Christ and Jesusresurrection from the dead. After the disobedience of mankind, man fell from his position and was separated from God. Man had become a living soul, who was trapped in the flesh and bound to the kingdom of darkness. Someone, who was able to redeem mankind from the power of the devil and the kingdom of darkness had to come. And so the lot fell on Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God and Jesus came to the earth in the likeness of man (flesh and blood) to redeem fallen mankind from the power of the devil and the kingdom of darkness and restore the state of mankind and reconcile man back to God. Jesus became the Substitute for mankind and was sacrificed as a Lamb for mankind. By the precious blood and the finished redemptive work of Jesus Christ, every person was given the opportunity to be made whole and be reconciled with God through faith, repentance, and regeneration in Christ. Jesus Christ had accomplished His mission and the passion of Christ brought forth life to everyone, who was willing to lay down the old man in Christ and be clothed with Christ and become a new creation.

The purpose of the coming of Jesus and His redemptive work

Unfortunately, not many people know the real purpose of the coming of Jesus Christ and don’t understand His redemptive work. Because of that, many people stay the old carnal man, who is led by the flesh, and are world-like, and persevere in sin.

They hear about Jesus Christ and His redemptive work and know exactly what happened, but that’s it. It is more head knowledge than heart knowledge.

As long as people believe and say they are sinners, they have not understood the purpose of the coming and the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. Just like, those, who think that the work of Jesus Christ gives them permission to do whatever they want and that everything is allowed and that the blood of Jesus Christ is a permit to remain the old man and keep living in sin and to approve and tolerate sin.

The lot fell on Jesus Christ

The lot fell on Jesus Christ and He went the way of suffering and took the punishment for sin, which is death, upon Himself, so that you wouldn’t see the death and after your life on earth, the lot would not fall on you to enter eternal death.
