En la Biblia en Proverbios 10:3, we read that the Lord will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish. What does it mean that the soul of the righteous shall not hunger?
The soul of the righteous shall not hunger
The Lord will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish (hunger): but He casts away the substance of the wicked (Proverbios 10:3)
As long as the righteous walk in la voluntad del Señor, the soul of the righteous shall not hunger. In most Bible translations, the word ‘soul’ has been left out. In these translations, the following is written: 'The Lord will not allow the righteous to hunger'. But if you read it that way, then most believers will think that it means, that the Lord will provide food for the body.
We all know that God is Jehovah Jireh; the Lord that provides. He will always provide for the spirit, alma, y el cuerpo. But you have to be careful that the provisions and assets of life will not become the main purpose in your life.
Do not worry about your life
Jesús dice, that you shouldn’t be worried about your life. You shouldn’t worry about what you will eat, or drink, nor about your body, to what you will wear. Porque Jesús dice, that the gentiles; those who live without God, seek all these things.
The life of the wicked revolves around material things, being successful, y prosperidad. They are carnal and therefore they are ruled by their flesh; codicia, lujuria, y deseos. Because of the fact that they are carnal and feed their soul from their flesh, they will never be satisfied.
They sow in their flesh and therefore they will also reap the fruit of the flesh. Which will result in the fact, that their lusts, codicia, and cravings will only increase. The Lord despises this way of living, and therefore He casts away the substance of the wicked.
Busca primero el Reino de Dios y Su justicia
Jesús dice, that you shouldn’t be worried about a thing. Pero….there is something you have to do first, Y eso es:
Seek ye first the kingdom of God, y su justicia; y todas estas cosas os serán añadidas (Mateo 6:33)
The entrance to the Father, and to His Kingdom is through Jesus Christ. When you come to Him and believe in Him, your soul shall no longer hunger, or thirst, because Jesus is the Bread of life (John 6:35)
When you find the Kingdom of God, by His grace, a través de Jesucristo, and when younacer de nuevo en el espiritu, you shall belong to the Kingdom of God. The next step is to seek His righteousness. This means to get to know His will, so that you will walk in His will; doing His will instead of yours.
You have been made holy and righteous by the blood of Jesus. Because you have been made holy and righteous, you should also walk in holiness and righteousness.
The righteous shall not hunger

As long as you seek those things which are above, instead of seeking the things of this world, and feed yourself with the Word of God, y haz lo que la Palabra te dice que hagas, then your soul will not hunger.
As long as you do the voluntad de jesus, que es también la voluntad del Padre, in your life and do His work, your soul will not hunger.
In the mean while his disciples prayed Him, dicho, Maestro, comer. But He said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of. Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat? Jesús les dijo, My meat is to do the will of Him that sent Me, and to finish His work (John 4:31-35)
Cuando estás a born again believer your spirit shall not hunger anymore. Your spirit shall reign in your life and your soul shall be controlled by the spirit, instead of the flesh. The soul shall be satisfied and filled because the Lord shall not permit that the soul of the righteous shall hunger.
